Chinese home appliance maker Midea plans to produce electric instruments with the function of mining. It is reported dedicated to mining cryptocurrency site CoinDesk. Midea Group, one of China’s leading manufacturers of electronics, decided to patent the appliances with the function of mining at the end of 2016, which submitted the corresponding application, but drew attention to it just now.
The manufacturer plans to equip all its electronics special chips designed for mining, so it may be that soon every house will have kettles, air conditioning and a TV capable of “mine” in the background. In the description, the application stated that the method of mining cryptocurrencies such method involves three steps: connecting the device to the Network and authorization in the special cloud service, the mining and storage of money earned.
