The mission of the consortium – is to widely involve scientists and practitioners in scientific researches which respond to the needs of industrial-innovative development of the agricultural sector, combine the interests of producers, suppliers and consumers of agricultural products and means of production.

The purpose of this consortium – is to enlarge the cooperation between the rectors of Kazakhstan’s universities to ensure that Kazakhstan’s universities could achieve sustainable development and significant results in the implementation of the Bologna process. The consortium will also work closely with the Ministry of Education of Kazakhstan in order to make the formulation and promotion of serious and advanced policy in the field of higher education.

The consortium was established in accordance with the request of the Minister of Education and Science BakhytzhanTursynovichZhumagulov to ensure the quality of e-learning in Kazakhstan in accordance with the State Program of Education Development until 2020 and the resolution of the 5th International Forum on the informatization of education.
