Реферат: Сегодня продленная экстракорпоральная мембранная оксигенация ЭКМО широко распространена в высокоразвитых странах таких как США, Европа, Япония и др., однако ее широкое внедрение в нашей стране сопряжено с определенными трудностями, во первых это очень дорогостоящее оборудование стоимостью около 300 тысяч долларов США, стоимость одного расходного материала обходиться около тысяч долларов США, что не по силам многим клиникам использовать данное оборудование повсеместно, соответственно отсутствует широкий клинический опыт. Продемонстрирован опыт успешного выполнения продленной ЭКМО в условиях отделения реанимации Национального научного центра хирургии имени А.Н. Сызганова у пациентки после радикальной коррекции Аномалии Эбштейна.

Реферат: The results of treatment of 99 patients with coexistent affection with echinococcosis of right lung and liver, who were in the Department of Thoracic Surgery of the National Scientific Center of Surgery named after A.N. Syzganov for the period 1997-2009, were analyzed. The age of patients ranged from 5 to 67 years old, among 99 patients males - 56(56,6%), females - 43(43,4%). 19 patients with coexistent affection with hydatid cysts of the right lung and liver were operated with thoracoscopic method, complications were not observed.

Реферат: The analysis of the results of treatment of patients with gallstone obstructive intestinal obstruction was carried out. All patients, women aged 62 to 83 years, were conducted surgical treatment: two patients were operated with the diagnosis of acute cholecystitis, 2-mesenteric thrombosis, 1-peritonitis of unknown etiology, and only 1 of these observations before the operation there was an assumption about the true nature of the disease. In all cases, enterolithotomy with suturing of wounds with double-row stitching was carried out. Relapse of obstructive gallstone obstruction was observed in one patient in 6 months after surgery. The possibility of enterothomy and simultaneous operations on the gall bladder and biliodigestive fistula is regarded.
Эндобилиарное стентирование в лечении рубцовых и опухолевых стриктур желчных протоков

Реферат: Целью данного исследования являлся сравнительный анализ эффективности различных способов декомпрессии билиарного тракта у больных с рубцовыми и опухолевыми стриктурами желчных протоков, осложненными механической желтухой. Проведен анализ результатов лечения 81 больных с механической желтухой 54 мужчин и 27 женщин, в возрасте от 16 до 81 лет. Показано, что при лечении механической желтухи оптимальным является двухэтапный подход, с использованием на первом этапе малоинвазивных способов лечения. Предпочтительным вариантом является эндоскопическое ретроградное вмешательство. При невозможности выполнения ретроградного эндоскопического вмешательства, декомпрессия на первом этапе целесообразно осуществлять чрескожным дренированием желчевыводящих путей под контролем УЗИ.
