Реферат: In this paper was developed scheme of distribution of leakage currents and currents spread over high-voltage pillar. Created its mathematical model. Model of distribution leakage currents and spreading represented as circuits containing voltage source and resistance. Using Kirchhoff\'s laws and method of circuit currents helped form the equations for each circuit. The model is designed to calculate the parameters of the cathodic protection of high-voltage pillar.
Development of Control Algorithm for Adaptive Leakage Current Protection Devices\' using Fuzzy Logic
Реферат: New approaches and technology of development adaptive to voltage oscillation leakage current protection systems used in isolated neutral system are proposed. The control algorithm of protection device developed using fuzzy logic, which allows adapting of protection devices\' thresholds to network parameters changing. Linear integrated and square-law integrated criteria of protection device\'s threshold adaption for network parameters changing are developed and proved. The model and structure of automatic thresholds adaption system are developed, based on the fuzzy controller.

Реферат: Современные условия строительства обуславливает необходимость модернизации и реконструкции действующих производств. Экономически эффективным является устройство подземных сооружений способом <стена в грунте>. Основной операцией при строительстве способом <стена в грунте>, является разработка траншей. Для разработки траншей используются фрезерные землеройные машины. В связи с этим статья направлена на разработку методики экспериментального установления сил сопротивления фрезерованию грунтов фрезерными машинами.

Реферат: A potential of colza productivity in connection with seeding norms influence was found out for the first time in the steppe zone of North Kazakhstan. It was stated that optimal combination of elements of colza cultivation technology provides getting high seed production with less expenses for production unit.

Реферат: The article is devoted to the topical issue of the graduate school - formation of undergraduates\' willingness to research activities. It describes the research work, aimed at diagnosing the level of undergraduates\' willingness to research activities. In the context of a layered approach, one can distinguish three levels of willingness to research activities: algorithmic, interpretive and research. Assessment of the level of undergraduates\' willingness to research activities is carried out on the basis of three criteria: motivational and evaluative, operational and cognitive and personal. There is defined a feature system of each indicator, which can be expressed in quantitative terms.

Реферат: The proposed structure-functional model of process formation of willingness Master\'s degree student for research activity constructs on basis of system, information and individual activity approaches. It includes motivational-targeted, content-technological and efficiently-evaluative components. Motivational target component ensures the formation of a research position, valuable relation to research activities and installation on the research activities of Master\'s degree students. Content technological component is intended for assimilation by Master\'s degree students of knowledge and abilities necessary for implementation of research activity. The effectively evaluative component provides the timely receipt of information on the Master\'s degree students\' willingness formation of process effectiveness in research activities, about the difficulties and achievements of students in the acquisition of knowledge, the development of the required skills. This structural-functional model is characterized by the orientation on personal experience of Master\'s degree student, active stimulation to research activities, intended learning outcomes, reproducibility, integrative, ambivalence, adaptability; requires consideration of specific principles and general didactic research orientation of the content of training, methodological support of educational process.

Реферат: The article is devoted to the actual problem of the master\'s training - the didactic support of the formation process of the master\'s research readiness. The analysis of scientific literature enabled to find out and summarize the efficient pedagogical conditions of fostering master\'s readiness for research work. The research and pedagogical practice programs have been developed in order to improve the quality of master\'s training and research activity. On their basis a set of the fundamental requirements of master\'s training has been defined at different levels: goal-setting, the relationship between a professor and a master\'s degree student, the principles of didactic planning, the training process management, control and analysis. The methodological recommendations on writing a master\'s thesis have been provided. The stages and elements of establishing the master\'s competence in the research activity have been set forth.

Реферат: The article is devoted to the theoretical aspects of the political processes of the period of colonial conquest of Kazakh lands by neighboring countries, in particular, the problem of their political and legal status. It is concluded that further development of the complex and intricate problems of national history with the objective position depends on the right solutions of these issues. Peculiarities of spreading world religions and its religious denominations in Northern Kazakhstan
Реферат: The article describes the features of spreading Islam and Christianity in Northern Kazakhstan. It was concluded that Islam in northern region has old traditions and Kazakh people were completely in the sphere of its influence and in the XIX - beginning of the XX centuries there was a process of establishment of Islam institutes. In the article were considered and analyzed a number of social and economic and religious factors and reasons which affected on migration of Christian groups and communes. Likewise there is presented a characteristic of activity of the Russian Christian Church in Northern Kazakhstan, and its role in implementation of Christianization policy.

Реферат: The article is devoted to the urgent issues of the vocational training of the master\'s degree students within the continuing education in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The review of the master\'s degree programs in education has been carried out, on its basis a set of the fundamental requirements to the vocational training of the master\'s degree students has been defined at the following levels: goal-setting, the relationship between a professor and a master\'s degree student, the principles of didactic planning, the training process management, control and analysis. In order to improve the quality of the vocational training of the master\'s degree students, subject to the positive experience of the foreign education institutions, we reveal the main ways of improving quality of formation the process master\'s degree students\' readiness for research activity. The stages and elements of establishing the master\'s degree students\' competence in the research activity have been set forth, as well as the effective teaching conditions for this competence establishment have been defined and identified.
