Реферат: Today Islam is the prevailing religion of the people of Kazakhstan. Muslims constitute more than 70 % of the population. Kazakhs - Sunni Muslim religion. The spread of Islam on the territory of present-day Kazakhstan has been a history lasted for several centuries. Initially, Islam penetrated south of modern Kazakhstan in the VIII century. And by the end of the Xth century Islam had been established among the sedentary population in the Semirechie and the Syr Darya. Islam became the religion of Turkic empire Karakhanids arising in the Semirechie in the Xth century. Thus in the VIII-X centuries due to the increasing Arab Caliphate power in Central Asia and Kazakhstan, the Islamic religion has spread the growing influence of Arab culture. Arabic language on the territory of the Caliphate became dominant but preserved and the local culture and language. In the development of Arab culture actively participated many scientists, people from countries conquered by the Arabs. Medieval cities were known throughout the world not only for its bazaars and crafts but also famous poets, scholars, artists, rich libraries, educational establishments.
Реферат: Nowadays the humanizing of the science, deep changes took place in the society, the innovation of public mind ascertained the language as a priceless value. The place of Kazakh Republic as the subject of in the national relations, getting the state status of Kazakh language considers representatives of linguistic association to learn the state language. Also, Kazakh language is taught as an obligation subject in genera and higher education.

Реферат: The strategic course of the educational system renovation in Kazakhstan supports the teacher education modernization in line with the transition to a new educational paradigm. The ideal of that is focused to the development of a highly qualified teacher-humanist, a citizen of the country; the teacher-researcher able and willing to innovative creative activity, continuous professional and personal development, productive dialogue in a professional environment. With globalization, the successful realization of this goal necessarily requires consideration of the relevant processes and trends in the world. In particular, in the United States in recent decades there has been an intensive development of the system of continuous pedagogical education: multi-level educational standards are being developed; the system of future teachers quality control is being improved, etc. As the process of professional development in American schools is implemented effectively, there is obvious need for thorough study, critical comprehension and adaptation of this experience to the specifics of the Kazakhstan national education and socio-cultural conditions. In this connection, in the article analyzes a system of accreditation and professional standards for teacher preparation institutions in the United States, as well as some innovations in American teacher education. The practical recommendations for the use of the American experience in the system of continuous teacher education in Kazakhstan are developed.

Реферат: This article described findings of the research of value-and-sense system as a basis for psychological resilience of youth to new religious movements of an extremist nature. Relevance of this theme is related to the spread of various destructive religious ideas notably amongst youth. Therefore, today, prevention of corrupt influence of destructive religious ideas on youngsters and youth is as relevant as ever. Relevant conclusions were made on difference in interrelation between terminal and instrumental values as well as in the system of life meanings of youths as a basis for psychological resilience to new religious movements.

Реферат: Research has shown that language, which represents the accumulated experience of a particular nation\'s people and encompasses the fullness and variety of their lives, is well grounded in their consciousness. In each new generation, an estimation of social values indicates the effectiveness of how particular ethnic groups learn the language attached to that group through the collective experience and knowledge of reality, vulgarity or rejection by other people. Therefore, language has an impact on each individual\'s experience, behavior and level of civility. Thus, identification of areas that are pivotal to the formation of a language becomes the primary factor in an individual\'s cultural identity in a multicultural society. We study these areas in the context of the Kazakh language.

Реферат: Methodological aspects of studying of the lingvocultural interference resulting language contacts of representatives of various cultures locate in article. On the basis of the comprehensive theoretical analysis sources, types and making components of a lingvocultural interference in the conditions of dialogue of the cultures influencing success of process of cross-cultural communication are revealed. Levels of a lingvocultural interference in the conditions of dialogue of cultures are established. Components of a lingvocultural interference in the conditions of dialogue of cultures are allocated and their reasons are established. Реферат: In the article professionalization is considered as a process of professional socialization and professional development of the person. Undergraduates as a future researcher, teachers of educational activity are required to have certain professional qualities.The purpose of research is determining the dynamics of professional development of graduate in science and pedagogical process. For this purpose the method Cattell (16PF, scale C), the diagnostic questionnaire of personality status and traits (FPI), a questionnaire of Otto Lipmann (1 variant), the questionnaire of \"The level of subjective control,\" by J. Rotter have been used. While studying it was underlined that master students possess: increased externalities trends in personal and industrial relations (ie, the main areas for the teacher relationship), strengthening of conservative tendencies in behavior, as opposed to radicalism and other professional qualities for teaching and research activities. Successful undergraduate is characterized by greater tendency to depression, compared to less successful, he is more sensitive, competent, internality, and responsible for achieving, and creative. It was noted that the factor structure of variant individuality-personal features of undergraduates includes the factors of \"professional competence\", \"professional motivation\" and \"professional internality.\"
Urban soil\'s toxicity control via the evaluation of changes in bacterial communities\' metabolic spectra

Реферат: Since 1990, Almaty City\'s soils has been considerably polluted by heavy metals, which resulted in its\' unhealthy ecological conditions. Almaty soils are light chestnut soils with the following physical and chemical properties: packing, 1.6+-0.5 g/cm; available air space, 36.1+-9.4%; salt composition of the soil aqueous extract, 0.12+-0.04%; hygroscopity (water-absorbing quality), 17.2+-1.8, quantity of exchangeable cations, mg.eqv/100 g soil- 59.1+-4.2 Ca{2+}, 8.4+-0.5 Mg{2+}, 0.6+-0.1 K{+}, 0.3+-0.04 Na{+}; humus- 1.6+-0.4%; Сtotal- 0.9+-0.2%; Ntotal- 0.14+-0.02. The purpose of this research was to determine the degree of soil toxicity by the method of multisubstrate testing (MST) for the integral studies of Almaty city soils\' bacterial communities, polluted by heavy metals (HM). This method measures soil bacterial communities\' activity in terms of its uptake intensity of 47 different organic substrates. Their stuntedcondition was determined through a decreased amount of consumed substrates (\"N\") and urban soils\' metabolic activity decay: total biomass (\"W\"), load upon ecosystem or disturbance \"d\" coefficient. It was found that: \"d\" ecoefficient equaled 1.0 for the baseline soil and \"d\" ratio equaled 0.6 for urban soils. Ecological soil state was assessed using MST method, looking into soil bacterial communities\' activity in terms of its uptake intensity of different organic substrates. This method was developed in the last decade of the twentieth century for the purpose of investigation of soil microbial communities\' state. Thus, urban soil samples displayed worse uptake intensity than the baseline soil. Hence, the MST method may be used as the original method of evaluation of urban soil toxicity degree.
