Реферат: With finding of independence of Russia and Kazakhstan former political case frames in thesecountries, by virtue of action of objective and subjective factors, appeared fully dismantled and the newperspective model of political management did not become dominant while. Exactly by it and interest is conditioned in the range of problems of perfection of state administration on the basis of political managementand forming of fundamentally new mutual relations of public organs and structures of civil society. The articleconsiders similarities and differences of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan publicadministration systems. The author focuses his attention on the measures concerning the development of effective and cutting edge construction system for the public activity and administration of two states; buildingup the administration able to achieve primary purposes; formation of the state capable of standing guard overthe national interests. He conducts comparative analysis covering such aspects as the long-term strategicprogram, the system of party administration, training and development of competence for the civil servants, political reforms in the administration efficiency enhancement sphere.
Peculiarities of the Formation of National Identity of the Kazakh Diaspora
Реферат: In this article, the some aspects of the meaning of the term diaspora and peculiarities of the national identity of the Kazakh diaspora have been considered. Kazakh diaspora is diverse and formed over a century with the various reasons for the formation and development during different historical periods. The formation of national identity is sufficiently long process influencing the large complex of socio-cultural, political and economic factors that should be taken into account. The study of national identity provides the possibility to reveal the worldview, values of Kazakhstan patriotism, national self-consciousness and mentality of people of Kazakhstan, intercultural, political communication and behavior of the social and ethnic groups of Kazakhstan.
Design and Characterization of a New Planetary Gear Box

Реферат: The aim of the paper is to present a differential planetary gear box. A basic modeling has been formulated to characterize both its design and operation. At constant power input the planetary gear box is able to provide variable speed of the output link. The main purpose of the differential transmission is on the capability to adapt the operation to variable loading. Designed adaptation provides a motion of output link with a speed that is inversely proportional a loading of the link. This enables to use the differential planetary gear box in the transmissions of vehicles, metal cutting tools and in transmissions where it is necessary smooth control of gear ratio.
Design and Numerical Characterization of a New Planetary Transmission
Реферат: This paper describes the design and characterization of a novel planetary transmission that can be used to adjust the transmission ratio according to the externally applied load. A basic modeling has been formulated to characterize both its design and operation. A detailed 3D CAD model has been proposed in order to investigate the operation feasibility of the proposed design solution. A proper dynamic model has been developed within MSC ADAMS software. Simulation tests have been carried out and results are discussed to validate the proposed design solution.
