Реферат: A model of the formation of a heterojunction based on polycrystalline films of zinc and copper oxides is considered. Faces of the unit cells, between which epitaxial relations are fulfilled, are revealed on the basis of an analysis of the crystalline structure of the zinc and copper oxides. It is also shown that, in addition to fulfillment of the rule of epitaxial relations, the closeness of the values of the ionic radii for double-charged Cu++ and Zn++ ions makes it possible to form a polycrystalline heterojunction in a ZnO/CuO system.

Реферат: The strength of the textile bonded seams was analyzed. Five commercial produced fabrics of different structure (woven, knitted, laminate) and fiber content (polyester, cotton, flax) were used in this experiment. The strength of textile bonded seams was investigated using four different bond types, in order to determine method suitable for the analyzes of bonded seams of knitted fabrics and method suitable to analyze woven fabrics.

Реферат: The synthesis of poly latexes was carried out by different ratio between acrylic acid and butylmethacrylate, 99:01, 97:03 and 95:05 respectively using solution polymerization in presence of azo-bis-isobutyro-nitrile as initiator. Influence of sodium salt of poly latexes on phisico-mechanical properties of Portland cement mortars has been investigated.
