Реферат: Синтезированы полиэлектролиты на основе глицидиловых производных хинонов и полиаминов. Предлагаемый способ синтеза ионитов не требует сложного технологического оборудования. Процесс осуществляется в мягких условиях. Преимуществом данных полимеров является возможность использования их не только в реакциях ионного обмена, но и в процессах окисления-восстановления. Полученные сорбенты перспективны для сорбции редких, рассеянных и благородных металлов.
The effect of salinity on growth and anatomical attributes of barley seedling (Hordeumvulgare L.)
Реферат: The objective of the present work was to identify the tolerance of barley varieties to salinity and determine specific anatomical features of barley plants under saline conditions. Plants were grown in hydroponic conditions in three variants: control, 50 mMNaCl and 100 mMNaCl. The tolerant and sensitive varieties of barley to salinity were identified. The results show that salinity reduced the growth and biomass accumulation of plants, reduced the thickness of the upper and lower epidermis, reduced the diameter of the vascular bundles of leaves and the central cylinder of roots and increased the ratio of exodermis/endodermis roots in some varieties.
Genotype x environment interaction patterns for grain yield of spring barley in different regions of Kazakhstan
Реферат: Barley plays an important role in agricultural sector of Kazakhstan and it is grown in many different climate zones over 1.5 mln hectares annually. Therefore development of optimal cultivars for specific environments is a major challenge for barley breeding community in Kazakhstan. One of the approaches to address this question is to test large collection of commercial cultivars and advanced lines over a number of environmental sites that reflect major spatial and temporal climate variations in the country. In this work 103 cultivars and advanced lines of spring barley bred in six different breeding stations of Kazakhstan were grown in different testing sites in seven regions over 2009-2011 years. The major tasks of this research were to evaluate genotype x environment interactions and assess grain yield in associations with developmental stages of barley, such as heading date and seed maturation date. The results suggest that (i) heading and seed maturation dates are significantly correlated with grain yield in specific regions and may have opposite correlation indexes in response to environmental conditions; (ii) accessions of different bred origin vary in their ability to exhibit environmentally-dependent plastic responses; (iii) spatial variation was more important than temporal variation in GxE interactions; (iv) biplot analysis is effective approach in identification of best suitable and stable accessions for both broad and narrow environments. The obtained results are further contribution to understanding of complex mechanisms of genotype x environment interactions.
Анализ хозяйственно-ценных признаков мировой коллекции овса, выращенной в трех различных регионах Казахстана

Реферат: Осуществлен анализ хозяйственно-ценных признаков сортов и линий мировой коллекции овса, выращенных в трех различных регионах Казахстана- в Костанайской (север), Карагандинской (центр) и Алматинской (юго-восток) областях. Образцы изучали по морфометрическим и хозяйственно-ценным признакам: продолжительности вегетационного периода, высоте растений, длине стебля, количеству узлов в стебле, продуктивной кустистости, форме и длине метелки, количеству колосков и зерен в метелке, массе зерна с главной метелки, с растения, массе 1000 зерен и урожайность зерна с 1 м2. Выявлены сорта и линии, отличающиеся наилучшими по сравнению со стандартом значениями показателей хозяйственно-ценных признаков, которые могут быть использованы в селекции овса с целью создания высокоурожайных, экологически чистых, устойчивых к болезням сортов нового поколения.

Реферат: Complex research is devoted to basic non-specific stress-reactions caused by abiotic factors such as drought and salinity in vivo and in vitro. A comparative physiological, biochemical and cytogenetic analysis was performed and showed the peculiarities of growth and viability on various (cellular, tissular, organismic) levels of plants structural arrangement at stress conditions. Determined the parameters of the growth, ion balance, the content of free proline, superoxide dismutase activity and conducted the cytological studies. The commonness of cytological reactions of plant cells to abiotic stress was revealed. The considerable positive correlation relationships between growth of callus biomass and increases of primary roots number under abiotic stressess, between growth ofcallus biomass and capacity for survival of seedlings under osmotic stress were registered. Such correlation tells about comparability of stress tolerance valuation at different levels of plants structural arrangement.
Comparable Evaluation of Leather Waterproofing Behaviour upon Hide Quality. I. Influence of Retanning and Fatliqouring Agents on Leather Structure and Properties
Реферат: For military leather processing pinnacle technologies are applied, because the leather must have extreme hydrophobicity, herewith to maintain the breathability and moisture management capabilities. Therefore, leather producers must use such tanning chemicals, which are able to impart sufficient waterproofness and vapour permeability. In this study the influence of retanning and fatliquoring technologies for wet-blue hide conversion into finished military leather on its waterproofing behaviour and breathability has been studied. The comparable evaluation of leathers manufactured in Lithuanian and Kazakhstan tanneries was carried out. The leathers were characterized by chemical analysis and moisture absorption, water vapour permeability and water vapour absorption properties.
Flocculation Purification of Turbid Waters by Means of Carboxyl-Amide Water-Soluble Polymers
Реферат: The article has studied several water-soluble polymers as flocculants under conditions of puri┐fying natural turbid waters and suspensions of bentonite. A polymer containing carboxylic and amide groups turned out to be the most effective flocculant. We have investigated a relationship between the structure of polymers and their efficiency in the course of water-treatment processes.
