Реферат: The method of defining the power, consumed by a planetary vibroexciter, allowing with the help of three-dimensional diagrams, to select basic parameters of elliptic planetary vibroexciter by a rational way at the stage of its design has been presented. This can provide the increase of effectiveness and substantial reduction of energy capacity. To build up-to-date highways it is necessary to have road-making machines, which differ from the traditional ones with not only their design and comfort, but also having innovating mechanisms and working in accord with new technologies. Road vibrating rollers are related to such machines. They use planetary vibroexciters in their construction for sealing road-building materials. Planetary vibroexciters with elliptic toe cams, generating excitement of centrifugal along with Coriolis forces, combined effect of which provides several increase of integral force of directed driving force relate to the new developments, providing substantial intensification of the toe cam process.

Реферат: The article considers the issues of state regulation of investment activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The key trends of investment policy are defined, the mechanisms of its implementation is specified. Special attention is given to such state support instruments as investment tax preferences, creating special economic zones, provision of financial resources from national development institutions. In conclusion some measures on promotion of investment into the development of priority oriented industries in the Republic of Kazakhstan are suggested.

The model of estimation of the role of human capital in economic growth of Kazakhstan regions
Реферат: This paper tests empirically the importance of human capital for economic growth of a sample of Kazakhstan regions over the period 2001-2007. Human capital is treated as one of production factors. Two types of production functions are considered, in which human capital enters as input. The panel regression results show the positive and significant role of human capital in economic growth of Kazakhstan regions over the considered period.

Реферат: Legal regulations and technological restrictions in energetics sector impose the need for efficient control of pulverized coal combustion\'s complex process. The article presents the model of predictive control based algorithm for combustion process control using optical signals (esp. changes in selected parameters of the flame). The authors discuss the correlation between selected process models and indicators of optical signals used in the control algorithm.
Influence of Heat Treatment and Deformation on the Phase-Structural State of Steel 30CrMnSiA

Реферат: Investigated the fragmented substructure of steel 30CrMnSiA after heat treatment and deformation. Found that after heat treatment of steel is the main component of ?-phase ( 96%), ?-phase ( 3%) is present in the material in the form of residual austenite. Batch martensite is 0.7 on the volume of ?- phase plate - 0.3. Most of the residual martensite (1.5%) is located in the plate martensite, the lowest - in a fragmented packet martensite component ( 0.5%). In unfragmented batch martensite of residual austenite is present in an amount of 1%. Found that in the process of deformation martensite structure formed after heat treatment is completely destroyed and the volume fraction of anisotropic fragments is 25%, 75%-isotropic. Electron microscopic studies have shown that originated fragmented structure is stabilized by tertiary carbides formed during deformation. These carbides are cementite particles and special carbide M6C. These particles are located mainly along the boundaries and junctions of the fragments.

It has been stated that in the studied material the bulk share of anisotropic fragments makes 25% and isotropic fragments share is 75%. We have found out that martensite structure is completely broken in the rolling process.

Die Korn-Unterstruktur eines 30CrMnSi Stahles nach Walz- deformation wurde fur diesem Beitrag zugrunde liegende Studie unter- sucht. Es wurde herausgefunden, dass in dem untersuchten Werkstoff der Anted anisotropischer Korner 25% und der isotropischer Korner 75% betragt. Es wurde beobachtet, dass die martensitische Struktur im Walzprozess komplett bricht.

The formal description of structure of an antibody and ways of their association within the limits of a population in the computer network functioning as a unit is given. The way of an estimation of antibodies as elements of a network is considered.
