Реферат: In the context of the recent interest and enthusiasm regarding e-government6 this article proffers an overview of e-government by focusing on its conceptual development and experimental practices with a particular focus on Bangladesh. The study primarily draws on an extensive review of the secondary literature together with personal insights of the authors gained in the course of engagements with selected e-government related projects in Bangladesh. It explores6 inter alia6 the conceptual setting by examining the key definitional issues and models of e-government; reviews e-government as a practice at the global and developing country contexts; and examines the policy frame and infrastructural status of e-government in Bangladesh. Major challenges and constraints on wider application of e-government in Bangladesh are identified and some clues on possible improvement of the situation are also explored. Despite many constraints, a degree of positive change is already noticeable in reducing the digital divide in the country.
Реферат: Advanced information technologies and the Internet have resulted in the emergence of the phenomenon of processing in the clouds. A general definition of processing in the clouds is \"access to a resource on the Internet outside the company firewall\". This work is an introduction to a rapid development inweb application functionality going beyond the traditional concept of Web 2.0 applications. The new applications of cloud computing bring mobility and are delivered to all possible devices designed to interface with the user, ranging from PCs to smart phones. The aim of this review is to investigate the potential of these new solutions to combine the advantages of desktop applications (speed, ergonomics, user friendliness, access to local resources) and web applications (mobility, accessibility, scalability).

Реферат: There has been increasing interest in public administration teaching in post-communist Central Asian countries, particularly in Kazakhstan. This article discusses the development of teaching public administration in Kazakhstan. An important observation is that, within two decades of independence. Kazakhstan has made considerable advances in developing public administration teaching. This study explores key challenges to higher education in Kazakhstan, such as the education ministry\'s control, corruption, lack of scientific research by faculty, demographic impact, and revenue diversification. These challenges also have an impact on public administration teaching. The findings of the study suggest that the establishment of a relatively solid base of public administration teaching contributes to Kazakhstan\'s rapid transition from party administration to modern public administration.

Реферат: We prove the Freiheitssatz for Poisson algebras in characteristic zero. We also give a new proof of the tameness of automorphisms for two generated free Poisson algebras and show that an analogue of the commutator test theorem is equivalent to the two dimensional classical Jacobian conjecture.
Universal enveloping algebras and universal derivations of Poisson algebras
Реферат: Доказано, что если два элемента свободной алгебры Пуассона не порождают свободную двух порожденную подалгебру, то они коммутируют. Определена производная Фокса для свободных алгебр Пуассона и доказано, что аналог гипотезы о якобиане для свободных алгебр Пуассона от двух порождающих эквивалентна двумерной классической гипотезе о якобиане. Также дано новое доказательство того, что автоморфизмы свободных алгебр Пуассона от двух порождающих являются ручными.
Определение экономически приемлемой степени очистки дымовых газов ТЭС и крупных котельных
Реферат: Обоснован экономически приемлемый уровень очистки дымовых газов на примере улавливания пыли. Показано, что для пыли приемлемая степень улавливания 99%.

Реферат: The issue of human anthropology took an important role in the last epochs and still hasn\'t lost its importance. Scientists of different countries were interested in investigating the appearance of human being and the idea of life after death. While writing this article we noticed that scientists who made research in this issue, despite of the different countries and different epochs in which they lived, had similarities in their opinions. In given article we wrote great Kazakh poet Abai Kunanbayev\'s philosophical view to the problem of human anthropology.
