Реферат: The article analyses the results of the study of morphological changes and dynamics of reparative process occurring in body tissues after applying developed new compress method for stopping bleeding at parenchymatous organs using composite synthetic meshy materials. Experimental researches conducted on 9 dogs with weight from 15-25 kg and 24 rabbits with weight from 3.5-4.5 kg during 2006-2009 yy period. Compress method for stopping parenchymatous bleeding uses synthetic meshy material which consist of two synthetic polymers - propylene and polyglactyn. Polyglactin fibers consisted from copolymers containing 90% glycol acid and 10% of lactic acid. It is shown that relative density of a foreign body remaining in organism is reduced to minimum. The material promotes formation of connective tissue which sprouting in grid cells involves it in thickness of formed scar. Solidity and water repellency of threads provides meshy material stability to infection.
